By creating an account and using BursaryFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Only students who meet the bursary application requirements and provide accurate identification (National ID or NEMIS) are eligible to use this system.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not attempt to bypass system security or impersonate another applicant.

4. System Use

• The platform is provided for bursary application and management only.
• Misuse, fraud, or submission of false documents will result in disqualification and possible legal action.

5. Communication

You consent to receive official updates, notifications, and feedback via SMS, email, or within the student portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for losses caused by system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access.

7. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Data Protection Act (2019).
